Novocure is a global oncology company pioneering Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields), a non-invasive therapy designed to slow or reverse solid tumor growth. Our commercial product, Optune, is approved for glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe, and Israel, and we are running clinical trials in other solid tumors, including lung and pancreatic cancers.We are seeking a proactive and flexible Sales and Marketing Assistant (M/F/D) to support our commercial operations in Italy. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives across sales, marketing, training, and compliance in a dynamic, international environment.At Novocure, we value innovation, focus, drive, courage, trust, and empathy — and we are looking for someone who embodies these principles in their daily work.In this role, you will:Coordinate national and international conferences and events, including logistics and vendor management.Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, medical, market access) to finalize contracts.Monitor and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities.Support field team training logistics and documentation.Manage promotional materials and ensure regulatory compliance.Act as a liaison with agencies and service providers.Facilitate communication between headquarters and field teams.Prepare presentations and tracking documents (Excel, PowerPoint).Manage document archiving and ensure compliance and confidentiality.Monitor regulatory obligations related to healthcare professional interactions.Collaborate with EMEA teams on budget and compliance matters.What we’re looking for:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry.Experience in international and multicultural environments.Strong understanding of compliance and transparency regulations.Excellent organizational and coordination skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).A proactive, flexible, and reliable approach with strong communication skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Comfortable working in a dynamic, innovative, and evolving environment.This is a permanent position based in Italy, currently offered as remote work until our Milan office opens.
