Position Summary
Main Responsibilities
Manage sales activities with assigned accounts and prospects located in Europe
Estabilish selling prices in cooperation with the Sales leadership and in accordance with the internal approval process
Explore and identify business opportunities and build good relationship and intimacy at all levels inside the customer
Generate RFQ's, deeply discussing with customer Engineering, prepare the quotation, negotiate price, get the purchase order, discuss and negotiate LTA's
Work with the other company's function to achieve the sales targets and customer satisfaction
Prepare and revise sales budget, forecast and long term planning, define the achievable area business plan, set the action plan and a mitigation plan when necessary
Job Position Requirements
Education: University master degree - Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Professional background
At least 3 years of experience in Sales with international customers as Tier1 or 2 supplier.
Preferred 1-3 years of background in Engineering or Manufacturing or Quality in structured companies supplying Mechanical components to OEMs
Knowledge of a second language (French or German)
Excellent relationship management
Action oriented
Basics of project management
Available to travel abroad
Sense of urgency and business acumen
Considered as a plus
Fluent German
Experience or direct knowledge of drivelines / transmissions / axles product development life cycle
Soft Skills
Good team player
Able to work under pressure
Resilient
Able to influence the team mates to bring the voice of the customer
