With our AI-powered tools, we support hoteliers, B&Bs, and property managers across Europe in streamlining operations, increasing direct bookings, and managing their business more efficiently.Who we’re looking forOctorate is looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Account Manager to join our growing commercial team in Rome.You’ll be responsible for the entire sales process: from first contact and demo to closing the deal. The ideal candidate is confident, consultative, and tech‑savvy – someone who understands the importance of building trust with hospitality professionals and helping them find the right digital solution for their business.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast‑paced environments, believes in the power of technology, and wants to make a real impact in a growing company.Key responsibilitiesManage the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, follow‑up, and closingHandle inbound leads and proactively identify outbound opportunitiesTailor solutions and communicate the value of Octorate’s productsCollaborate with Marketing, Onboarding, and Support to ensure a seamless customer journeyKeep CRM data updated and contribute to pipeline forecastingStay informed on industry trends and competitorsOccasionally represent Octorate at international trade shows and industry eventsMinimum requirementsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsComfortable using CRM and productivity toolsFluency in Italian, English, and Spanish (written and spoken)Availability to work on‑site at our Rome office (hybrid model)Nice to haveExperience in SaaS or in the travel / hospitality industryFamiliarity with tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similarInterest in digital transformation, automation, and AIPrevious experience conducting live product demosWhat we offerHybrid work model with weekly smart working optionsA dynamic, international, and innovation‑driven environmentOngoing internal training and real opportunities for growthOpportunities to attend international exhibitions and represent the brandWhy Octorate?You’re not just joining a sales team.
