Who we’re looking for
Octorate is looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Account Manager to join our growing commercial team in Rome.
You’ll be responsible for the entire sales process: from first contact and demo to closing the deal. The ideal candidate is confident, consultative, and tech‑savvy – someone who understands the importance of building trust with hospitality professionals and helping them find the right digital solution for their business.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast‑paced environments, believes in the power of technology, and wants to make a real impact in a growing company.
Key responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, follow‑up, and closing
Handle inbound leads and proactively identify outbound opportunities
Tailor solutions and communicate the value of Octorate's products
Collaborate with Marketing, Onboarding, and Support to ensure a seamless customer journey
Keep CRM data updated and contribute to pipeline forecasting
Stay informed on industry trends and competitors
Occasionally represent Octorate at international trade shows and industry events

Minimum requirements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable using CRM and productivity tools
Fluency in Italian, English, and Spanish (written and spoken)
Availability to work on‑site at our Rome office (hybrid model)

Nice to have

Experience in SaaS or in the travel / hospitality industry
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar
Interest in digital transformation, automation, and AI
Previous experience conducting live product demos
