To reveal wonders – through the craft of exceptional products, but also through the development of exceptional and audacious talents.We run a transformation at a fast pace and are onboarded on the accelerating elevation journey that will lead us to the clear destination of being the most iconic high perfumery and high cosmetic house in image and products, above the competition, the most exclusive one.Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Account has the responsibility of an assigned territory (Milano, Parma, Lombardia) for the achievement of specific sell-out targets and for the improvement of brand's positioning.In charge of all relationships and negotiations with retailers and guarantee right support and implementation to marketing and commercial plans, to achieve the right economic impact and ROI.Job ResponsabilitiesTake orders and implement the commercial plan, negotiate and follow sales agreements and payment’s terms and conditionsSupervise the implementation of trade marketing plansMake monthly reports and dashboards on retail & product sales KPIs including retail sales evolution per door and market analysisEnsure product portfolio strategy at POS (full assortment, innovations) and optimal stock managementPresent novelties in detail and constantly map and monitor competitorsBe accountable for excellence in the execution of Visual Merchandising at POS, ensuring it is implemented following brand guidelinesContinue to elevate distribution, through ongoing assessments.ProfileStrong sales background and negotiation skills in the beauty industry or retailBusiness acumen: being able to seize new opportunities for the brandWillingness to travel (driving licence must have)Analytical skills (Office suite)Proactive team-player with a high level of reliability and integrityGood at influencing and results orientedFluent in EnglishThis position is preferably based in Milan.Additional InformationContractPermanentExperienceBeginnerTypeFull TimeFunctionSales
