Synergie Italia, a multinational French leader in the Human Resources sector for over 50 years and recognized as a market leader in 16 countries, is opening a new branch in CITTADELLA (PADOVA). We are seeking to fill the position of Sales Account / Branch Commercial. The candidate, reporting directly to the Regional Manager, will develop the client network by activating appropriate channels and tools, supporting local companies with Synergie's services, and coordinating with branch resources to ensure a competent and punctual service. The new team member will autonomously analyze the local market, contact companies, act in a consultative manner with prospects, and achieve set quantitative and qualitative goals. Responsibilities also include preparing quotes and drafting temporary and permanent contracts for the branch. Requirements We seek candidates with specific experience in selling HR services, preferably within a staffing agency, who are determined, goal-oriented, organized, dynamic, and communicative. They should be resilient to unforeseen challenges and fast-paced environments. Knowledge of the local territory is essential.
