What we are looking for
We are looking for experienced professionals to fill the role of :

Sales & Quality Assurance Manager to drive NEW business revenue

Responsibilities

Sales & Quality Assurance Manager will monitor service and sales calls to assess employee demeanor, technical accuracy, sales performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures.
Develop, create and implement sales processes and procedures manual as needed.
Lead a team of minimum 7-8 motivated people.
Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
Determine weaknesses in performance and establish solutions to improve.
Ensure compliance with the company's quality systems.
Create and improve processes, maintain and communicate procedures.
Generate and maintain feedback and coaching documentation.
Provide feedback to sales team leaders and managers.
Offer daily feedback via verbal and written communication.
Interview and train new recruits for your team.
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of products, including performance and functional requirements.
Ability to work and complete projects without supervision, self-motivated.
Ability to communicate with discretion and professionalism, understanding when confidentiality is needed.

Qualifications

At least 2 years' experience in high ticket sales.
Availability for full-time work.
Languages required : Italian - native / bilingual proficiency; English - working proficiency.
Strong attention to detail, exceptional listening and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
Passion for financial markets or sales will put you ahead of the competition.
