Adecco Italia SpA, for a Multinational Company based in Italy, is looking for a:
Sales&Marketing Representative Sell Out - Sicilia
Responsibilities

Peripheral negotiation at the point of sale (managing relationships with store managers, in-store promotions, display boxes, facing, promotional spaces)
Through daily monitoring of the assigned area, ensuring compliance with activities agreed upon in the Sell-In (promotions and assortments)
Consumer data analysis (monitoring company pricing vs competition, reviewing and interpreting promotional actions, reporting discrepancies vs targets) and qualitative analysis of product launches
Shelf Allocation and implementation of category projects, in collaboration with the Trade Marketing team
Application and control of strategies and techniques for managing assortments, product display and presentation, and handling POP materials

Requirements

Education: Master\'s Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields with an interest in pursuing a career in Marketing/Sales
Excellent proficiency in the Office Suite
Local Language: Italian (required); proficiency in English is also essential
Willingness to relocate within the assigned area (Italy, Sicily)
Strong interpersonal skills aimed at building solid and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to plan work according to priorities and urgencies, with a critical approach focused on data and \"excellence in execution\"
A fast learner open to change, eager to continuously challenge oneself to achieve the best results with an entrepreneurial spirit
A positive and energetic team player capable of instilling trust and a sense of responsibility
