Retail Search is looking for a Wholesale Area Manager for an important Luxury Brand based in Florence.Job DescriptionThe Wholesale Area manager will participate in the development and management of the Wholesale distribution Channel (Franchising and Multibrand) for Area DACH and in the research of new business opportunities. He/She will report to the Wholesale Director.Duties:Deal with the research of new business opportunities with the formulation of proposals and forecasts about the development/optimization of the existing distribution channelParticipate in the proposal of an overall budget and its implementationEnsure the correct and effective brand image presence within the point of sales following the Company guidelinesBrief and train personally the partners regarding products and visual displayingCheck regularly the Brand Image in the Franchising/Wholesaler POSPromote activities and actions in order to guarantee an effective presence of the Company corporate brand within the area of competenceParticipate in the management and development of customers relations activities and for the Collections Sales Campaign processRequirements:Previous experience in a similar role within a large, international and well-structured Company operating in the Fashion Luxury FieldFluency in English is mandatoryCapability in building strategic, multilevel and team work relationshipCapability in dealing with complexity in a multinational environmentEnergetic, organized and business-driven approachAn affective hands-on approach together with fearless of challengesGood role-based leadership and decision makingAnalytical skills and excellent interpersonal capabilitiesProven customers management and negotiation skillsAvailability to travel abroad
