RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide excellent customer service with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, and after-sales processes.
Uphold company standards at all times, supporting visual merchandising, stockroom activities, and cash desk operations.
Stay up to date with collections, demonstrating deep product knowledge and a proactive, constructive attitude.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years of experience in premium fashion (RTW experience preferred).
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
Excellent communication skills; energetic, responsible, and autonomous personality.
Fluency in Russian and English required.
