You will be part of the QHSE team and will be involved in supporting the QHSE coordinator in the following activities:ResponsibilitiesManaging all HSE aspects of the construction site both in Italy and abroad, starting with:Preparing documentation to satisfy the professional technical verification of our employees and subcontractorsAnalyzing Safety and Coordination Plans and/or Interference Risk Assessment DocumentsPreparing Tenova's Operational Plans and analyzing and evaluating Subcontractors' Operational Safety PlansConducting inspections and audits on siteDeveloping, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and programsInvestigating accidents and incidents and recommending corrective measures to prevent similar events from recurringConducting risk assessments, analyzing data, and recommending corrective action plansMonitoring, inspecting, and evaluating hazardous materials, hazardous waste, and pollution control equipmentOverseeing emergency response plans and coordinating fire prevention activitiesMonitoring compliance with local and state regulations related to health, safety, and environmental policiesDeveloping and implementing safety training programs for employeesMaintaining records and documentation related to health, safety, and environmental programsRequired qualificationsBachelor's/Master's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or similar fieldsExcellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)Responsibility and attention to detailCandidates must be open-minded, humble, courageous, determined, and able to work flexibly in a teamStrong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skillsMotivation to work in a multicultural and stimulating environmentWorkplaceGenovaSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesMiningIsExpired: false
