Safety & System Assurance Engineer – TMC Italia
TMC Italia is looking for an experienced Safety & System Assurance Engineer to support our railway signalling projects. The role involves defining safety strategies, overseeing RAMS and validation activities, and ensuring compliance with CENELEC EN 50126/8/9 and other relevant regulations.
Responsibilities

Define and implement safety strategies aligned with international standards and business objectives.
Oversee RAM, Independent Safety Validation, and System Assurance activities.
Ensure compliance with CENELEC EN 50126/8/9 standards and other applicable regulations.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across engineering, validation, and project management.

Qualifications & Experience

Master’s Degree in an engineering field.
Proven track record in Safety Management, ideally within the rail industry.
Experience in roles such as System Assurance/Safety Manager, Product Validation Manager, RAMS Engineer, or SW Test Engineer.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Results‑oriented with strong attention to detail.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Motivation to thrive in an innovative, entrepreneurial environment.
