This team guides clients through implementation, supports the platform in production, and facilitates continuous evolution. As SaaS is central to our strategy, providing close support and services are crucial. The SaaS L1 team focuses on supporting clients on the MX.3 platform.This role offers the chance to develop broad functional expertise on the MX platform, gain in-depth knowledge of SaaS standards, and interact with diverse clients and consultants worldwide.Mission:As a SaaS L1 functional support consultant, you will be the primary contact for clients regarding operational incidents and service requests, providing functional assistance and guidance on platform use, covering Front, Back, Risk, and system integration.Your role:Address SaaS customer incidents and service requests related to MX.3 platform, providing clear and precise answers across various expertise areas (Trading, Risk Management, Operations, etc.)Identify and resolve functionality and configuration issues.Document resolutions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.Escalate complex cases to second-level support as needed.Contribute to the Murex knowledge base by documenting incidents and requests.Collaborate with other teams to improve support quality and efficiency, including identifying recurring issues for product enhancement.Participate in shaping team practices as the team develops.Your Profile:Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably CCE, ECE) or Computer Science; a degree in financial engineering or related fields is also acceptable.Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.Knowledge of Oracle/Sybase, SQL, Unix is advantageous.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and client-focused.Proficiency in English is required.Prior experience in capital markets is preferred but not mandatory; interest in capital markets technology is essential.
