OverviewBe among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Location: EuropeContract: 6 months with possible extensionKelly FSP, on behalf of one of our well-known Pharma client, is seeking ONES4 Direct Procurement Business Product OwnerThis position will work on ONES4 Procurement implementation bringing value to the business.The role will be responsible for articulating and administering deployment of the vision, roadmap and capability set needed across the deliver ERP space to meet the business needs into the future.ResponsibilitiesLead Procurement process design within ONES4 program:Price managementReports and AnalyticsExplore, Build, Test, DeployGovern Procurement template within ONES4, ensuring a Global process is preservedConnect with R2P BPO to ensure E2E consistency across both processesWork closely with Procurement function in particular Procurement CoE to ensure a robust E2E solution and template is documented and deployed supporting the key procurement strategic objectivesQualificationsMinimum of a bachelor’s degree is required (MBA is desired)Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills are requiredStrong project management experience, process improvement and problem-solving skills.Results-orientated, out of the box thinking, practical, analytical, attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team-playerExperience and SkillsMinimum of 10 years of related Supply Chain Procurement experience is required.Must have strong process design experience in the Procurement areas – leading and driving core project deliverables and adoption.Outstanding stakeholder management experience at the most senior levels, superior influencing, and collaboration skills requiredEnd to End thinking driving more coordinated processesExperience on ERP implementation programs is desiredMust be comfortable with constructively challenging the status quo and looking for new ways to improve processes and results.PreferredClear understanding of external Supply Chain trends and emerging new practicesExperience working with Quality, Plan and Procurement is preferredExperience working across more than one Source domain is important.Experience in reference data operational processes and data lifecycle activities is preferredOtherThis role requires English language proficiency.Requires up to 25% 30 travels, domestically and internationally.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject Management and General BusinessIndustriesPharmaceutical ManufacturingJ-18808-Ljbffr
