Position Overview
We are looking for an RPO / Freelance Recruiter fluent in English and Italian.
We are seeking a freelance recruiter to support us in hiring for several positions within our offices in Milan and Rome.
Your responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: posting job ads on local job boards, sourcing, and conducting interviews.
Identify and attract top talent in the Italian market.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
Collaborate closely with our recruitment team based in Paris.

Profile Required

Proven experience in recruitment (RPO or freelance).
Full professional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of the Italian labor market.
Autonomous, professional, and an excellent communicator.
