We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be accountable for designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to enhance business processes and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a deep comprehension of RPA technology, programming languages, and process automation.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop automation workflows, bots, and scripts using RPA tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, analyze processes, and develop automation solutions
Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for automation projects
Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and test plans
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows and bots
Provide technical guidance and help team members and stakeholders
Keep up‑to‑date with the latest RPA technology and tools

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in RPA development and process automation
Extensive programming experience in at least one language (e.g., C#, Java, Python)
Experience with UiPath and Microsoft PowerAutomate RPA tools
Knowledge of process analysis, design, and implementation
Aptitude to work alone and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem‑solving dexterity
UiPath and MS PowerAutomate advanced knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in RPA technology (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer, MS PowerAutomate PL‑500, MS Power Platform PL‑900)
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Experience in using machine learning and artificial intelligence in process automation
