Fondazione L’Albero della Vita (FADV) is a third sector entity that has been operating for more than 20 years in Italy and worldwide in the areas of protection, migration, development, emergency and child protection.
About the Project
The Project ACCADEmia (https://www.alberodellavita.org/cosa-facciamo/scuole-e-universita/) aims to promote innovative and high‑quality educational pathways in various thematic areas, in line with FADV’s mission and the needs of schools and territories where the organisation operates.
Responsibilities

Design and deliver classroom or online training courses.
Plan and develop didactic pathways.
Provide methodological consultation and support to schools and teachers.
Organise laboratory work and on‑site interventions in the territory.

Competence Areas

Emotional education, wellbeing and relational dynamics.
Digital education and media literacy.
Environmental education and sustainable development.
School orientation and career guidance.
Entrepreneurship education.
Social skills, language and communication.
Financial education.
Active citizenship, rights and legality.
Other innovative competences relevant to school and territorial contexts.

Application Content

Previous experience in the requested competence area.
Tools and methodologies used.
Publications, teaching materials or projects realised.

Requirements

Degree or equivalent in a discipline related to the intervention area.
Documented experience (min. 2–3 years) in delivering educational activities with children, adolescents, teachers or learning communities.
Knowledge and use of active and inclusive didactic methodologies.
Ability to adapt content to different target audiences.
Excellent communication, organisational and relational skills.
Alignment with FADV’s mission and values.

Collaboration Conditions
Joining the roster does not oblige the Foundation to assign work but is a prerequisite for future specific collaborations. Contractual and financial terms will be defined for each assignment.
