The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to guest rooms with the highest standards of hospitality and efficiency, ensuring a flawless guest experience.Job ResponsibilitiesSet up, deliver, and clear room service orders according to hotel standards.Present food and beverages professionally and respectfully in guest rooms.Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special preferences.Maintain cleanliness and presentation of room service trays and trolleys.Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure accurate and timely orders.Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with discretion and professionalism.Uphold all hygiene, safety, and company policies and procedures.ProfilePrevious experience in luxury hospitality or food & beverage service preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and a passion for service.Good physical stamina and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Professional appearance and grooming.Must be legally able to work in Italy without sponsorship
