We are looking for a Robotics & AI Engineer (Autonomous Systems)
Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Robotics & AI Engineer (Master’s required) to bridge cutting-edge research and real-world deployment.
You’ll work with leading universities, implement and validate algorithms on our autonomous robots, and increase system robustness through rigorous testing and debugging.
Key Responsibilities

Implement, integrate, and test perception, planning, and control algorithms in simulation and on real robots.
Collaborate with university partners to scope milestones and translate research into production-grade software.
Design and execute experiments; analyze performance, expose failure modes, and iterate for robustness and reliability.
Produce clear documentation and share insights across research and engineering teams.

Skills

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or related field.
Strong motivation to work at the intersection between AI and Robotics.
Proficiency in Python and C++.
Hands‑on experience with Linux, Bash, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
Knowledge of deep learning and computer vision (experience with at least one DL framework, e.g. PyTorch, JAX, Tensorflow).

Nice to Have

Experience with ROS 2, autonomous navigation stacks, SLAM, sensor fusion, or motion planning.
Familiarity with simulators (Gazebo, Isaac, Webots).
Experience training DL models on image or 3D data representations.
Experience running jobs on GPU clusters and/or deploying DL models on edge devices (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson)..
