The RME Co‑ordinator will work with the team & other service technicians, design solutions for difficult problems, manage outside contractors, be on call for emergencies, handle multiple projects and daily activities, and meet timelines. They will develop plans to accomplish departmental and distribution goals.
Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical.
Develop training plans for service technicians.
Develop preventive maintenance programs.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components – photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders.
Program PLC, troubleshoot ladder logic, and handle components (CPU back planes, I/O boards, counters, modules, and devices) and communication modules (Ethernet).
Mentor technicians by motivating, providing guidance and directions to help them achieve their goals.
Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels in the organization.
Provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance.
Operation Support & Customer Service
Promote and conduct good housekeeping practices.
Support production by working in a safe, customer‑focused manner.
Be highly self‑motivated and customer‑centric.

Key Job Responsibilities
RME coordinator is the SPOC for Vendor follow‑ups, PTW, Tech team training, Develop & support Soft service & technical teams, Address the OPS issue/concern with the right solution.
Basic Qualifications
Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience.
