Job Overview
Adecco Italia Spa, divisione Consultant, is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join an industrial facility in Bassano del Grappa.
The selected candidate will join the maintenance team and work closely with the shift manager.
Responsibilities

Perform regular and emergency maintenance on industrial plants and machinery to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency, demonstrating strong fault diagnosis skills.
Adhere fully to safety regulations, maintaining close collaboration with colleagues.
Ensure effective communication across shifts by correctly transmitting relevant technical information.
Apply operating procedures for maintenance tasks.

Required Competencies

Deep knowledge of industrial mechanics, with the ability to read technical diagrams.
Basic electrical skills.
Experience using measurement tools and managing dimensional tolerances.
Excellent communication skills, especially in transmitting technical data.
Team spirit and willingness to collaborate.

Requirements

At least 3–5 years of professional experience in similar mechanical maintenance roles.
Availability to work in two shifts and participate in on-call service, rotating with the team.

Employment Details
Direct hiring, permanent full-time employment, full-time schedule on two shifts or day shift. Salary and job grading to be defined during the interview.
Start date: 15/12/2025.
