OverviewWe are looking for a System Administrator & Support Specialist to join our IT team and support both operational and project-based activities related to the company's technological infrastructure.Reporting to the IT & Innovation Manager, the role will work closely with internal colleagues across international offices and external vendors, contributing to system management, cybersecurity, and user support.ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, networks, backups, security)Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users across international locationsCollaborate on the implementation of new tools and technologiesManage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in line with company policiesDraft and maintain technical documentation and system manualsSupport continuous improvement and innovation projects within the IT domainRequirementsDegree or diploma in Computer Science or a related technical fieldStrong command of English (minimum B2 level)Previous experience in similar roles within structured environmentsSolid knowledge of Windows and / or Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and Office 365Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, VPN, firewalls)Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsTeam-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to user supportMontreal Associates is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
