Job Description
Within the Itinerary and Revenue Planning Team in Pricing & Revenue Management, located in the Itinerary & Transportation department, we seek a professional who will be at the heart of defining revenue budgets, forecasts, and future growth projections.
Responsibilities

Analyze historical demand trends and complex performance indicators.
Support the company in defining demand and revenue targets.
Support revenue optimization for cruise and transportation services.
Provide ad‑hoc analysis to management.

Get things right

Take charge of developing and maintaining planning and forecasting tools, while actively seeking innovative ideas to enhance accuracy.
Cultivate robust working relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Guest Experience, Onboard Sales Operations, Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing.

Qualifications

5 years’ experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Planning & Forecasting, Business Finance or equivalent.
Data‑driven approach with strong analytical, mathematical, statistical and problem‑solving skills.
Proven ability to manage and process large data sets, creating and maintaining analysis tools.
Strong commercial awareness and data‑driven decision‑making.
Ability to work under pressure and meet business deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and quantitative tools. Knowledge of SQL, Python, and Power BI is a plus.
Fluent in English and native Italian speaker.
