We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Revenue Growth Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing onboard revenue through effective sales techniques and cross-selling strategies.Your Responsibilities:Promote services and products offered onboard to meet the different needs of guests.Scout potential customers using a push and pull strategy and directly sell products and services or pivot guests towards different business owners to support and increase their performance.Present at different touch points around the ship to boost onboard revenue.Requirements:You have a strong passion for sales and customer service.You have a secondary school diploma or degree in tourism or languages.You have previous experience in retail/sales with good interpersonal skills.You have a good command of English and Italian (at least C1 level) plus an additional European language within French or German (at least B2 level).Why Choose Us:Welcome to a world of extraordinary adventures as a crew member.
