Revenue Growth Management Analyst at Lavazza Group
Description
Ready to shape commercial performance through data-driven insights? Join our Commercial HQ Team as a Revenue Growth Management Analyst and help optimize pricing, promotions, and product mix to maximize revenue and profitability.
What you’ll do
Analyze pricing, promotions, category profitability, and performance trends using advanced analytics and competitive intelligence.
Co‑design global pricing strategies with HQ and local teams to protect margins and optimize value.
Coordinate forecasting and budgeting with Finance, Commercial HQ, and Business Units.
Develop reporting tools to monitor product/customer performance and identify margin opportunities.
Monitor distributor value chains and lead cross‑country benchmarking to harmonize trade policies.
Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Portfolio, and Marketing teams for aligned RGM execution.
What you bring
1–2 years of experience in analytical roles (business analysis, reporting, market analysis).
International experience (study or work abroad) strongly valued.
Skills & Mindset
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with reporting tools and willingness to learn advanced analytics platforms.
Commercial awareness and problem‑solving attitude.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
