We are seeking a reliable and highly motivated Trainee to support our Retail Agency Team.
Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Package
Italian language knowledge is a must to have
English language proficiency (at least C1)
Degree or high school diploma
Responsibilities
Do you think you have what it takes to become part of Savills Retail Agency Team? Supporting the Head of Department and the Team Assistant to ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.
Providing professional contributions to the Retail Agency Team such as preparing documents and presentations, and updating spreadsheets to strict deadlines.
CRM management, customer lists, database.
Taking charge of administrative assignments such as building and assessing tenders, documentation, amending contracts, preparing sales & marketing presentations, and updating track records.
Undertaking ad hoc administrative tasks as required, such as travel‑expense submission and reconciliation, invoicing, and other duties.
Managing the calendar for the Head of Retail Agency and coordinating team schedules.
Organising events and travel for the whole team and monitoring related travel expenses.
Essential Skills
Mature attitude when dealing with staff under pressure and delivering results in a highly driven environment.
Excellent communicator, both verbally and written.
Contract
Internship contract.
