He/she will have direct responsibility over the stores and will partner with the Store Managers.ResponsibilitiesBusinessDrive the Retail Strategy and Retail Roadmap defined by the ManagementWork very closely with the Store Managers to define and execute effective action plans to drive retail performances at store level, deploying a KPI approachSet annual/biannual/monthly and weekly targets and follow up performancesAnalyze data and identify risks and opportunities across categoriesAnalyze market trends and competitors’ strategySupport the network evolution strategy: openings, remodelings and closuresPeoplePartnering with HR Department in managing and developing the teamAssess performances and propose salary reviewsAssess training needs, partnering with Retail Training to guarantee alignment with the retail strategySupervise effectiveness and consistency of training initiativesCustomerEnsure that the Store Atmosphere upholds the brand imageEnsure that the Retail Mission and the Armani DNA are well represented across all phases of customer journeyImplement and monitor CRM activities and deploy a clienteling approach at store levelProcessEnsure the deployment of all HQ guidelines and processesEnsure alignment of all HQ retail departments involved in store operations such as retail merchandising, visual, training, CRM and retail operationsEnsure standards for quality and customer service are metRequirementsProven experience managing the retail business in a fashion companyAnalytical mindset combined with knowledge of retail management best practicesOutstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsFluency in both Italian and EnglishAvailability to travelWe promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth.
