Reporting to the HR Manager, the Retail HR Business Partner acts as the HR point of contact for Retail employees, including managers, managing all activities related to HR practices and policies for stores in their respective area.Responsibilities include:Visiting company stores regularlyRecruiting staff for new openings and managing physiological turnoverSupporting learning processes and induction activitiesEngaging store staff with the company’s values and cultureCommunicating company policiesTalent management, including development plans and talent rotationAnalyzing staff needs and follow-upSupporting HR Payroll Specialist with policies and administrative activities, serving as the first contact for store staffManaging Compensation & Benefits programs in line with company strategyLiaising with HR Central Department on legal practices and labor lawThe ideal candidate will possess:University DegreeAt least 6 years of experience as HR Business Partner in an international retail organizationGood knowledge of HRM best practicesExcellent administrative skills with high speed and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and tasksLabor Law knowledgeStress resistance, problem-solving, and business acumenExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong decision-making skillsFluency in EnglishOur client is a leading multinational company in the retail sector.Location: Central / South Italy (mobility required)Reference: PA52718
