OverviewWe are currently recruiting for a prestigious High Luxury Brand seeking a RETAIL AREA MANAGER to join their team and oversee South Europe Area :RETAIL AREA MANAGER / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / SOUTH EUROPEResponsibilitiesOversee and drive performance across all retail operations;Ensure alignment with the brand's global vision, retail excellence, and customer experience standardsLead, coach, and develop local retail teams, fostering a high-performance cultureDefine and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and business growthMonitor KPIs, analyze sales reports, and propose action plans to maximize profitability and performanceEnsure optimal store staffing, training, and development plansCollaborate with HQ and regional teams (merchandising, VM, HR, operations) to ensure operational excellenceMaintain full compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policiesAct as a brand ambassador and key representative of the company in the regionThe Ideal CandidateMinimum 8 years of experience in retail management, ideally within the luxury or high-luxury sectorProven multi-store management experienceStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, and develop large teamsDeep understanding of the market and local customer expectationsAnalytical mindset with strong commercial acumen and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProblem-solving attitude, resilience, and adaptability in dynamic environmentsPassionate about luxury, service excellence, and brand valuesFluent in English and Italian
