OverviewCustomer Service Agent (Law 68/1999 – Italy) role at Deliveroo. This position is part of the Partner Services Centre, supporting restaurant partners and ensuring smooth daily operations to deliver excellent service and efficient solutions that help partners succeed on the Deliveroo platform.What You'll Be DoingProvide prompt and effective support to partners on operational requests and issue resolutionManage menu-related tasks, including the setup and updates for new and existing partnersHandle refund requests accurately and within agreed timelinesWork closely with Sales, Commercial, and other internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and communicationIdentify opportunities to improve operational processes and enhance partner satisfactionRequirementsExperience in customer support, operations, or partner management (preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyTeam-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changeFluent Italian (C2) and intermediate English (B1-B2), both spoken and writtenWhy DeliverooOur mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders.
