Position Description:The Sense Experience Resort, an exclusive resort inaugurated in late July 2020 in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, is nestled within a 5-hectare natural park by the sea in the Gulf of Follonica, just a short walk from the picturesque Torre Mozza area. The resort features a private beach and is renowned for its excellence in hospitality and its exclusive gastronomic offerings. We are seeking an ambitious and growth-oriented Restaurant Manager.Within the facility, we host two restaurants: our Fine Dining "Eaté," which in 2024 collaborated with the starred restaurant Pipero of Rome, and "Dimorà," offering contemporary cuisine in a more informal environment.Position Description:We are looking for an experienced professional with a solid background in Food & Beverage and a strong interest in high-level hospitality. The ideal candidate possesses ambition and potential to eventually assume the role of Deputy Director.
