This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle challenges with professionalism.The Restaurant Hostess will report directly to the Restaurant Manager.Key Responsibilities :Manage telephone reservationsWelcome customers upon arrivalEscort customers to their reserved tablesAttend to guests’ needs (e.g., checkroom service, etc.)Assist with information requestsAt least 1 year of experience in the same role in luxury hotels and / or fine dining restaurantsStrong teamwork skillsDetermination to achieve goalsFluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferredStrong attention to detailAbility to adapt to various situationsAbility to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situationsBasic Computer-Literacy skillsSeasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
