Position Summary
Expand Lenze Selection’s market share in Italy promoting products through Direct Sales, Agents and Distribution. Update the local organization on product dynamics taking care of the alignment among functions and Lenze Selection’s global business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Promote Lenze Selection products through Direct Sales, Agents and Distribution, ensuring sales, profitability and customers satisfaction
Boost relationships with existing clients and develop potential clients to expand market share
Recognize products’ evolution at global level, share info with local sales network and transform local demand into solutions
Share with local sales tea, and Lenze Selection network significant and success applications
In collaboration with Marketing Dept., share and verify technical and commercial information and support marketing activities for Italian market
Responsible for defining and checking Target and Forecast for the referred competence area, monitor systematically KPIs and recommend improving actions
Responsible for ensuring quality and timeliness of data entered in CRM
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering
At least about 3 years’ experience in Sales inside technical area or as Area Manager, preferably in Multinational Companies active in mechanical business
Strong Technical skills in drive components for machines and installations (brakes, clutches, couplings, torque limiters, geared motors, gearboxes)
Sales knowledge, negotiation techniques and customer orientation
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
Focused and goal-oriented
