The ideal candidate should be capable of cross-functional collaboration within the company and engaging with clients in the luxury brand segment.The candidate currently working as a specialist in a large company and has developed the skills to become a manager within an Italian textile group with a significant industrial development plan aiming to become a leading sector player internationally.The sustainability manager will support the company's growth by leading the group towards an integrated QHSE(S) management system — Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability .By accepting this offer, you will take full responsibility for your role, which includes :Coordinating sustainability projects managing timelines, costs, and resourcesHelping to define and implement sustainability strategies with top managementPreparing and disseminating the sustainability reportDefining and monitoring KPIs relevant to the sustainability reportCollaborating to obtain and maintain product and system certifications (ESG, ISO)Ensuring product traceability and supply chain transparencyPromoting sustainability initiatives internally and externally, especially regarding compliance with CSRD (European Sustainability Reporting Directive) and other EU regulationsInteracting with clients and sales divisions to ensure accurate information on product certifications and to evaluate client requests and proposalsThe successful candidate should have :Experience in creating sustainability reports and assessing ratingsKnowledge of the textile / fashion industry and supply chain traceabilityFamiliarity with management systems, especially ISO 9001, 14001, 45001University-level educationExcellent command of English and ideally FrenchThis activity will take place between Ivrea and Como.
