We are expanding our photo studio and looking for a highly motivated Digital Production Manager to manage the team and execute daily product photography operations and post-production activities. This role is based in our new studio in Funo (Centergross) and focuses on still life photography.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Canon camera equipment, studio lighting, and retouching techniques.ResponsibilitiesManage the daily photo studio activities and distribute task among the teamOrganization of stock for photography.Resolve any critical issues or delays reported.Commercial calendar overview.Manage communications from both internal and external stakeholders.Execute product photography while ensuring consistency and high quality.Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.Perform image retouching, including resizing, color adjustments, wrinkle removal, etc..Maintain and organize studio equipment, ensuring a clean and functional workspace.RequirementsStrong knowledge of studio lighting techniques.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Self-motivated with the ability to work under tight deadlines.Adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Advanced retouching skills, with a keen eye for color accuracy and detail.SkillsProficiency in Capture One and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom).Strong sense of color theory and color management.Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.Sharp attention to detail and organizational skills.
