STORE MANAGER – MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO BOUTIQUENanis Italian Jewels, a leader in the creation of gold and precious stone jewelry entirely made in Italy, is seeking a Store Manager for its new monobrand boutique in Madonna di Campiglio.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all activities of the store.Lead the sales team, supporting their training and skills development, ensuring excellence in customer service.Maintain high visual and operational standards of the store, in line with company guidelines.Convey the brand’s values and passion through in-depth product knowledge and storytelling skills.Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and identify corrective actions to maximize results.Requirements & Skills:Previous experience in managerial roles within luxury boutiques, preferably in the fashion or jewelry sector.Excellent command of Italian and English, both spoken and written.
