Our mission is to enable everyone to understand and be understood in their own language.Our success comes from a unique blend of the world’s #1 adaptive neural machine translation technology (IDC MarketScape 2022), a vast network of vetted, native-speaking professional translators, and top-ranked AI-enabled translation tools for text, audio, and video (Gartner, 2022).By combining artificial intelligence with human creativity, we design innovative localization projects, helping over 280,000 clients expand their global reach.We are looking for a Resource Manager.The Resource Manager will identify, onboard, and maintain a network of language professionals with the skills and qualifications to meet client and project needs.Key ResponsibilitiesContinuously source, evaluate, and recruit professionals to grow the qualified resource pool using targeted strategies across various channels.Build and maintain a high-quality, accurate, and current database of professionals for relevant roles.Assess candidates thoroughly to find the best professionals for each project and present vetted candidates to project teams or clients.Manage costs to ensure alignment with project budgets and resource expenses.Work with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows, resolve resource issues, and optimize utilization.Monitor resource availability, communication, and performance to meet project demands efficiently.General RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience as Vendor Manager, Resource Manager, or Account Manager in the language industry.Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing roles, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships.Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and make informed decisions.Attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly.Proficiency in computer and web technologies.Motivated, result-oriented, and goal-focused.Ability to manage stress, work under pressure, and handle substantial workloads effectively.HeadquartersTranslated is based at Pi Campus, a natural environment with converted luxury villas serving as offices to promote talent growth.
