Our mission is to enable everyone to understand and be understood in their own language.Our success comes from a blend of the world’s #1 adaptive neural machine translation technology (IDC MarketScape 2022), a vast network of vetted, native-speaking professional translators, and top-ranked AI-enabled translation tools for text, audio, and video (Gartner, 2022).By combining artificial intelligence and human creativity, we design innovative localization projects, helping over 280,000 clients expand their businesses globally.We are looking for a Resource Manager.The Resource Manager will identify, onboard, and maintain a network of language professionals with the necessary skills to meet client and project needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, evaluate, and recruit professionals to grow the resource pool using targeted strategies across various channels.Build and maintain an accurate, high-quality database of professionals for required roles.Assess and select the best professionals for each project, presenting vetted candidates to project teams or clients.Manage costs to ensure alignment with project budgets.Work with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows, resolve resource issues, and optimize utilization.Monitor resource availability, communication, and performance to meet project demands efficiently.General RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience as Vendor Manager, Resource Manager, or Account Manager in the language industry.Excellent communication skills, especially in client interactions, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and make informed decisions.Attention to detail and adaptability in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in computer and web technologies.Motivated, results-oriented, and goal-focused.Ability to manage stress, perform under pressure, and handle substantial workloads efficiently.HeadquartersTranslated is based at Pi Campus, a nature-immersed environment with converted luxury villas serving as offices, fostering talent growth.
