This setting offers an unforgettable stay in this medieval village in Italy.Reporting to the Director, the responsibilities include:Managing and coordinating the Reservations DepartmentHandling requests and offers within established internal proceduresManaging tariff plans via the channel manager interfaced with the siteSupporting the Revenue Manager with channel managementOrganizing weekly meetings with hotel managementTraining staff to create an autonomous teamHaving at least three years of experience in similar roles in 5-star hotels or R&CFluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusExcellent knowledge of hotel software and channel managersDemonstrating leadership in people managementShowing initiative and ability to manage independentlyPossessing relational skills, guest orientation, problem-solving abilities, stress management, and teamwork skillsThe position is expected to start in February 2025, with an initial 12-month contract that may be converted into a permanent role.
