To keep up with the constant evolution and innovation, Bocconi staff must be able to face challenges and quickly adapt services to increasingly high standards.Job OpportunityThe Research Projects Lead will support our Research Services team, part of Academic Services Unit.The person will take care of the activities related to the administrative and financial management of the Research Project: from the Research funds administration to the relations with national, international and partner organizations/institutions, till the organization of meetings, conferences and conventions. The person will be a reference figure for international and national faculty and researchers and will be in touch with different stakeholders.In particular, the person will be involved in the following activities:Research Projects Management (assignment and reporting, budget management and related reports)Management of relations with national and international bodies, institutions, companies and partners, professors and researchers involved in the scientific activity of the Research Project and the Staff of the Research CenterOrganization of meetings, conferences, scientific eventsCollaboration in the planning of communication campaigns relating to the research activityManagement of specific procedures using ad hoc software.RequirementsMaster’s Degree with outstanding academic path1-2 years of previous experience in the administrative management of research projects and European fundingResearch background is considered a plusExcellent knowledge of English and Italian, written and spokenWork/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months);Project Cycle Management (knowledge of the methodology and operational experience in the PCM field)Proactive and positive with very good interpersonal and team working skills, hands-on and multitasking approach, able to organize and manage work on time and autonomously.We offerWe are offering a collaboration contract of 12 months, renewable until the end of the project.To applySend your CV via LinkedIn in PDF format.Selection processIf shortlisted, you will be invited for a video interview.Bocconi is an equal opportunities employer.
