We supply products approved in our customers' countries or markets and deliver top-notch supply chain and customer services locally.Secheron Hasler Italia is seeking a Technical Repair Technician to join our dynamic Customer Service Center team in Villafranca di VeronaRequirements and ResponsibilitiesSet up electronic systems and devicesTroubleshoot, repair, and refurbish industrial electronic equipment.Repair malfunctions in circuitry and other system structuresTroubleshoot electronic circuits to component level and effectively identify failure trends.Test electronic components to board level, using various methods and testing equipmentRepair and/or replace electronic components to board level, including but not limited to: diodes, transistors, resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, other printed circuit componentsUpdate software and run tests on existing equipmentFamiliarity with and ability to utilize different types of test equipment such as function generators, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and power supplies.Record and interpret test data to determine pass/fail condition and determine when further analysis is needed.Perform field service visits in a timely manner as required to resolve technical issues experienced by customersAbility to solder and desolder using through hole and surface mount technologyAbility to recognize various electronic components and their functionsAble to work in a progressive repair process, having direct interaction with employees performing other portions of the processAble to work in team, and to collaborate with other professionals on technical tasksMaintain inventoryInterpreting drawings, training manuals, and instructions in order to perform duties.Attending regular training workshops and reporting to the Supervisor.Ensures that all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulations.RequirementsITI/Diploma/ Degree or completed coursework in Electronics1 year of proven work experience in similar jobGood working knowledge of English (reading, writing and speaking)Previous experience as electronic technician or similar roleMS Office.Ability to interpret electronic schematics and product drawings.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Communication skills.Organizational skills.Autonomy and ProactivityBenefitsInteresting work experience in an international companyPossibility of travellingProfessional and career growth within the Italian and parent companySecheron Hasler Group is committed to creating a diverse & inclusive environment and hence welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
