Responsibilities

Sales & marketing of INDION resins (Ion exchange resin), specialty and water treatment chemicals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand coverage.
Engage in technical discussions, recommend solutions and products.
Develop client relationships and establish distribution channel.
Support bid processes and coordinate across global teams.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical, or environmental engineering, related engineering field, or Science.
MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
Effective communication skills in written and spoken English; proficiency in German / Italian / French (depending on location) is helpful. English is essential, as the role requires frequent interaction with teams in the parent company in India.

Experience
8–15 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment (WTP / WWTP) industry. Exposure to Ion Exchange Resin sales will be an added advantage.
