We are growing dynamically and continuously expanding our presence across Europe – with a current focus on the Italian market. To strengthen our team in Milan, we are looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager who will help us build long-term client relationships and actively contribute to our business development in the region.
Responsibilities:

Act as a primary contact for Italian-speaking clients: support onboarding, answer product and platform questions, and resolve inquiries;
Present our investment platform and services to new clients during introduction calls;
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction;
Identify client needs and offer appropriate investment-related guidance;
Stay informed about financial markets and communicate relevant updates to clients;
Maintain accurate client records and assist with operational tasks;
Collaborate with internal teams (support, sales, product, compliance) to deliver smooth service;
Collect and share client feedback to improve service and processes.

Requirements:

Fluent Italian to communicate with local clients;
Fluent English for internal communication;
2+ years of experience in a financial services or brokerage company, ideally in a B2C client-facing role;
Proven experience in sales or relationship management;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Genuine interest in financial markets (e.g., follows financial news, invests personally);
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
