In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our food products comply with relevant regulatory requirements in multiple markets.How Your Agenda Looks LikeRegulatory Compliance :Stay up-to-date with international, national, and regional food regulations, including labeling, ingredient restrictions, and food safety standards.Conduct thorough regulatory assessments of new products and existing product lines.Develop and maintain regulatory documentation, such as technical files and safety assessments.Ensure timely compliance with all regulatory changes and updates.Labeling And PackagingDevelop and review product labels and packaging materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Coordinate with marketing and design teams to create accurate and compliant labeling.Regulatory Affairs ProjectsSupport the implementation of new regulatory projects and initiatives.Represent the company in regulatory audits and inspections.Your TeamYou will report directly to the Global Regulatory & Food Safety Manager of Bolton Food.Additionally, you will have a multi countries and cross-functional relations with others team.How You Look LikeMaster degree in Law, Food Science, Chemistry or a related field.3-5 years of experience in a similar role ;Strong understanding of food regulations, including EU regulations and other relevant standards.Good knowledge of food labeling requirements and ingredient restrictions.Proven ability to analyze complex regulatory information and provide clear recommendations.Strong project management and organizational skills.Fluency in English (French or Spanish will be considered a plus)What’s in for yourWork location : Cermenate, ItalyContract type : PermanentWorking Hours : Full TimeRemote Working : Standard business hours with remote working options available.Curious About Us?
