Regulatory SpecialistWe are looking for a Regulatory Specialist to join our Quality Team at Bolton Food, based in Cermenate, Italy.How you make the differenceThe ideal candidate is a highly motivated and experienced Regulatory Specialist who will ensure our food products comply with relevant regulatory requirements across multiple markets.Responsibilities include:Stay current with international, national, and regional food regulations, including labeling, ingredient restrictions, and food safety standards.Conduct regulatory assessments for new and existing products.Develop and maintain regulatory documentation such as technical files and safety assessments.Ensure compliance with all regulatory changes and updates.Labeling and Packaging:Review product labels and packaging to ensure regulatory compliance.Coordinate with marketing and design teams for accurate labeling.Regulatory Affairs Projects:Support implementation of new regulatory projects and initiatives.Represent the company during regulatory audits and inspections.Team Structure:You will report directly to the Global Regulatory & Food Safety Manager of Bolton Food and collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries.Candidate Profile:Master's degree in Law, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.3-5 years of experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of food regulations, especially EU standards.Good understanding of food labeling and ingredient restrictions.Ability to analyze complex regulatory information and provide clear recommendations.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus.What We Offer:Location: Cermenate, ItalyContract: PermanentHours: Full-time, with remote working options available during standard business hours.About Us:Bolton is an Italian family-owned FMCG company with over 75 years of history, employing 10,500 people worldwide.
