Great opportunity to join a leading company in the makeup subcontracting sectorSupporting the growth of the companyAbout Our ClientOn behalf of our client, a leading Company specialising in the cosmetics contract manufacturing, we are seeking a Regulatory DirectorJob DescriptionThe ideal candidate will lead the Regulatory Department to ensure robust regulatory compliance, while overseeing master data management and customer reporting to support cosmetic product registrations and market compliance.In particular :Managing people, projects, and budgets, driving performance and strategic alignment within the Regulatory team.Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on product safety, compliance, labelling, and registration requirements.Developing and maintaining compliance processes and systems to ensure accurate master data management and transparent regulatory documentation.Coordinating and managing regulatory audits conducted by authorities to verify compliance in cosmetic product manufacturing.Promoting regulatory good practices and harmonisation of internal processes to ensure ingredient and product compliance across markets.Represent the Regulatory Function on the Management Team.Collaboration with Technical Services, Operations, Quality, Sales and Procurement to ensure compliance and safety of cosmetic products produced by the company.Lead relationships with internal and external customers to manage complex compliance solutions tailored to business need.Manage external consulting support for assistance in key Regulatory functionsEnsure the integrity of the regulatory data and the coherence with other SAP ERP systems for compliance of finished products to official regulations and customer guidelines.Play a pivotal role of the digitalisation of the department.The Successful ApplicantPhD in Chemistry, Biology or related field.Fluent in English and Italian.10-15 years regulatory experience in cosmetics products consumer goods industry, with a track record of Leadership, technical knowledge, safety assessment and people management.Track record of influencing business and external customers and trade associations on strategic regulatory matters.Good Knowledge of Coptis, SAP or other specialised software solutions for the cosmetic industry.Have existing relationships with key regulatory agencies such as EU Commission, US FDA, China NMPA a plus.Certified Cosmetic Safety Assessor a plus.What's on OfferGreat career opportunity.J-18808-Ljbffr
