OverviewRegional Senior Education Manager to lead, design, and deliver professional learning development (PLD) for current and aspiring Cambridge schools, school leaders, and teachers. This role is crucial in implementing Cambridge's strategy to provide high-quality teaching and learning support across the region.ResponsibilitiesStrategic oversight of trainer selection and development and collaborating with Cambridge-based teams to ensure the successful delivery of training events.Effectively managing multiple responsibilities whilst influencing and negotiating with key senior level stakeholders.Nurturing strategic partnerships and contributing to the design and review of training and support for teachers and school leaders across Europe.Managing the quality assurance of the regional partners and associates (local trainers) for Cambridge PDQs and Learning Resources training.About You / QualificationsYou will have a strong academic background and proven experience in supporting teacher development across Europe. You will bring strategic insight, commercial awareness, and a deep understanding of pedagogy and active learning. You are a trained and quality-assured facilitator for adult learners, with excellent communication skills in English and the ability to build strong professional relationships. You will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of national education systems across Europe. Your excellent oral and written skills in English, along with your ability to maintain positive professional relationships at all levels, are essential.
