About the RoleAs a pivotal member of our team, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and Electrophysiology (EP) Business Goals, working closely with the Rhythm Management Business Unit Manager (BUM) and Electrophysiology National Sales Manager (NSM). You will lead a regional team covering the Campania, Basilicata, and Puglia territories, driving the development and execution of sales strategies for CRM and EP Boston Scientific products. Your responsibilities extend to ensuring market leadership, implementing effective sales tactics, and fostering a high-performing team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesIndustry Knowledge: Equipping team members with the latest industry insights, competitor analysis, and product knowledge. Staying abreast of industry trends, collaborating with stakeholders to refine regional strategies, and counter competitor tactics.Business Management & Sales Execution: Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), identifying sales forecast gaps, and devising strategies to bridge them. Recommending promotional programs, ensuring effective territory management, and collaborating with Marketing to expand territories and support sales initiatives.Market Insight: Understanding the healthcare landscape, including health policies, pricing strategies, and market trends. Using insights to position Boston Scientific favorably against competitors and identify growth opportunities.Building & Maintaining Relationships: Cultivating relationships with major accounts, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other stakeholders. Engaging in negotiations, supporting educational initiatives, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.Clinical Excellence: Demonstrating product knowledge and collaborating on new launches and strategies.Economic & Value-Added Solutions: Developing relationships with economic buyers, negotiating contracts, and creating bundled offerings to meet customer needs.Quality: Ensuring adherence to quality standards and driving continuous improvement.People Development: Supporting the team through feedback, training, and monitoring performance. Utilizing CRM effectively for customer management.Candidate ProfileExperience: At least 2 years in sales management, preferably in MedTech.Qualifications: Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Science, Business, or Nursing.Languages: Fluency in English and Italian.Technical & Market Knowledge: Understanding of Medical Devices, Capital Equipment, and local healthcare ecosystem.
