The role of Regional Sales Manager aims to strengthen the company's presence in the Italian market.Reporting directly to the Swiss Chief Sales Officer and the Italian CEO, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the assigned territory, consolidating and developing the existing client portfolio in the area.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a customer portfolio, including specialized resellers and the contract channel, providing consulting and customized technical solutions for outdoor furniture.Ensure continuous and structured presence in the designated territory : North-Central Italy.Attend initial training courses in Switzerland and subsequent updates to transmit knowledge and skills to clients and partners within Italy.Collaborate with the Italian CEO on market penetration strategies, budgets, and targets.Maintain ongoing communication between foreign production and the Italian market to ensure proper product supply and technical installation support.Participate in industry fairs and events.Your ProfileDiploma or degree in commerce, marketing, economics, or related fields.At least 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales of high-quality products, such as outdoor furniture, Ho.Re.Ca. equipment, furniture industry, or durable consumer goods, preferably with technical components.Strong negotiation skills with high-spending clients, adopting a consultative, determined, and results-oriented approach.Excellent knowledge of English or German.Proficiency with IT tools, CRM, and social media for commercial purposes.Entrepreneurial attitude, ambition to achieve results, and autonomy in daily organization.Willingness to regularly oversee the assigned territory and attend occasional in-person meetings in Verona.Work LocationFull remote, with reference to HQ and partner in Verona.What We OfferDirect employment in an internationally recognized company.Real opportunities for professional growth.Seniority level : Mid-Senior levelEmployment type : Full-timeJob function : Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustry : Outdoor and garden furnitureThis job posting does not indicate that it is expired or no longer available.J-18808-Ljbffr
