Your Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
Achieve sales and profitability targets for the Italian market.
Analyze customer needs and challenges developing customized solutions in collaboration with technologists and departments in Germany.
Focus on parts and service requirements creating proposals and concepts in close cooperation with the local service and refurbishment unit.
Customer Engagement & Representation
Represent Voith Paper professionally in customer meetings presentations workshops and trade fairs.
Ensure strong technological positioning and deliver value-driven solutions.
Market Analysis & Strategy
Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing information.
Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches and marketing campaigns.
Middle East Coordination
Coordinate sales activities with our agents in the Middle East.
Provide on-site support through bi-annual customer visits together with agents.
Reporting Structure
Direct reporting to the Managing Director of Voith Paper Schio.
Functional reporting to the Sales Director EMEA South.
Your profile
Education & Experience
Degree in mechanical engineering process engineering paper technology or a comparable technical qualification.
Several years of professional experience in a technical environment.
Professional Background
Ideally experience in sales or product management.
Solid knowledge of the paper industry.
Skills & Competencies
Strong sales orientation and goal-driven mindset.
Ability to contribute innovative ideas and collaborate effectively with specialist departments.
Excellent communication skills and understanding of customer perspectives.
Assertiveness and an efficient working style.
High level of intercultural competence.
Languages
Very good written and spoken Italian and English.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel approximately 60% to customer sites.
